Disclaimer: Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup (which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process are NOT grounds for replacement). Bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process. 

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our custom cups and products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on items once an order is placed and work has begun.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion. Clear photos of the damage and packaging will be required. We are unable to offer a replacement or refund for damage that occurred after delivery.
